1. Disinfect your hands and prepare your work area.
2. Shape the nails, file the nail plate and clean it with a degreaser.
3. If necessary, use a primer and base coat.
4. If you are using nail extensions, apply a form and create a base with gel, dry in a lamp.
5. After removing the form, apply gel to the nail, form a C line and dry again.
6. Remove the adhesive layer, give the nail the desired shape and smoothness.
7. Apply a top coat, dry and, if necessary, remove the adhesive surface with a remover.
8. Finish the procedure with cuticle oil to make the nails look healthy and well-groomed.
