Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with ELAN Deep Brow Tint.
The ideal formula and the soft creamy texture of the product ensure an excellent result. The components in the composition protect the hair during the eyebrow dyeing procedure.
After mixing 3% oxidizing emulsion and professional line ELAN eyebrow dye Deep Brow Tint, the pH of the ready-to-use coloring mixture is 7. Thus, the eyebrow dye Deep Brow Tint is the first eyebrow dye with a neutral pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents the skin from drying out.
Expiration after opening: 6 months.
